Rise and Shine

I am not a morning person. My husband, however, along with 2 of our 3 children are. But, even though I am not a morning person, I do tend to get a lot accomplished in the mornings. More so than the rest of the day, surprisingly enough. For example, here are some of the things that have taken place SO FAR at my house...

2 kids up
2 kids dressed
3 beds made
breakfast made and cleaned up
2 lunches made
3 blankets monogrammed
2 puzzles assembled
3 cups of coffee drank (not all by me thankyouverymuch)
2 Bible studies done
2 school bags packed
3 sword fights had
1 kid taken to bus (at end of driveway)
2 dogs fed
1 large dog successfully chased by small child w/cap gun around the island 12 times.. in a row.

Have I mentioned that it's 7:15am?

Oh my stars girl, you put me to shame! I am NOT a morning girl either. I am probably one of the only mommas looking forward to having my children home for two weeks durning the Christmas holiday simply because I won't need an alarm....but look at you - so much accomplished by that early? Do you get up at 5:30? I've tried, can't be done when I go to bed so late, you will have to let me in on your secret...

I am NOT a morning person either, but you're far more accomplished for not being a morning person than I am! LOL

Oh you asked me on my blog if I take anything for insomnia. No I don't. I nurse and although there are "safe" things out there I don't feel comfortable enough taking something while nursing and even less comfortable taking something when Chad's gone and I'm the only one here with our children. Thank you for the prayers!!

Wow...you go girl! That is great! it's 9:38 and I still have one bed NOT made, basket of laundry sticking it's tongue out at me and a child eating "gummies" for breakfast!

First of all, I love the new background. Gotta love a busy house and to think that is is only 7:15 am (WOWSER) I guess you gotta try to be a morning person with all of that going on in your life. (hahaha).

Have a great day!!

You are cracking me up. I love this, and it is so true, that kind of stuff happens before 7:15 here too. Have a great rest of the day.

I am thinking you are becoming a morning person...that is a pretty nice check list so far. I think it might actually scare us if we knew all that we did in a 24 hour period.

I'm a bear in the morning.;o) If I could sleep the way my girls sleep JUST ONE NIGHT, my world would be a better place. LOL
